My name is Jen Kish. I am a retired Olympic Bronze Medalist in the sport of Rugby 7s. I spent 13 years representing my country, where I learned most of what I know about getting fit, lean, powerful, strong, putting on muscle and all the above. Sure, I have my certifications, but my human experience in being trained by some of the best sport conditioning coaches in the country & guided by the top dieticians, beats any certification out there. (in my humble opinion)

In 2018, I retired from the sport of rugby & returned to the fitness industry. I have spent a total of 8 years as a personal trainer. 4 of those 8 years were spent working in a commercial gym setting. I hated it. Don't get me wrong, I loved working with my clients, but the business side of things,I  become disgusted with. Sell, sell, sell, over sell training, even if the client only needs 24 sessions to smash their goals. Once I retired from rugby, I vowed to never return to a commercial gym again. So I started my own company called JK Elite. I work for myself, in my own gym, and have my own rules.

I have a 3 month commitment rule, with the option to drop the client from my roster as I see fit. There is no amount of money that someone can pay me to train them if I feel they are not really committed to their goal or give me anything less than 100%. I not only focus on the physical aspects of training, but the mental side of things as well. I set my expectations high for whoever I decide to take on, and those expectations are the reason why my clients achieve their goals and transform into the best version of themselves.

Don't worry, you don't have to be fit to sign up with me. I train a wide range of clientele including those who have severe health issues. The ages range from 15 years old, all the way up to 66 years old.

If you're someone who has found zero success in reaching your fitness goals, in need of someone to help you stay accountable, and feel like you're ready to take yourself to the next level, then you've come to the right place.
